I will State the Case ~~I receved~~ I receved order by the hand of Sitason over nite that I must delive the nex day 25 miles distance all most noted wih out time to make aney arrangement the negro not valued nor no shoing for him the order Stated by the power in vested in [horsis?] by the Govner at Columbis the order Stated if the negro was ^not^ delivered that next day 25 miles the Serif wold tote too I have not haing for the negro it is so defrent from the law lade dwn in the Confederate Code. I think It is Seen arbatory durngs if et law I am Satisfide if not I clold like to be writed
