The undersigned Committee of Capitol Lodge No 11 Independent Order of Odd Fellows, would respectfully represent that our Lodge is in great need of the Lodge Room in the City Hall in this City, now occupied by the U S. Government as a Hospital, and would respectfully ask the Kind offices of your Excellency in obtaining the Same for us.

We are informed that there is sufficecient room for all patients, in the building, should said room be vacated for the purposes above mentioned.
