Personally appeared before Me A. W. M^cCormack as Justice of the Peace in and for Said County Peter Roundtree who deposith and Says that on or about the 30^th of November 1870 one Columbus Robinson did with malice aforethought Shoot one George Lott with a Pistol with intent to kill him the Said Geo. Lott. all in the County of Mobile State of Alabama. Affiant therefore a warrant for his arrest.
