His Excellency J. L. Alcorn

Dr Sir,

About the middle of Dec I wrote to you claiming the re-ward offered in your proclamation for any violation of the 2ond sec of the laws passed by the last legislature. To which letter I have as yet received an answer. If you have written your letter has not reached me. as I gave you full particulars in my last I will not repeat them.
