Owing to the establishment of Montgomery County one of the members of the Board of Supervisors is included within the boundares of said County of Montgomy M^r T C Curry and We understand he will be recommeded for one of the Board for Montgomey owing to the Condition of our County from the changes of boundary on the east & west It is verry important that we should have a full Board—I am instructed by a Large number of our best citizens to reccomend to you for appointment as a member of the Board of Supervisors of Carroll Co. Hiram S Hill in place of T C Curry for Dist N^o 1 of said County
