Respectfully Rpresents your petitioner Samuel A. B. Abbott, of Boston in the County of Suffolk State of Massachu-setts that he is an attorney and Coun-sellor at law admitted to practice in all the Courts of said State, and respectfully petitions that he may be appointed a Commissioner of Deeds for the State of Mississippi resident in said Boston.
