Brig Genl Hodge Commanding District of Homershitto has asked Ju me to organize militia South of Copiah & Jefferson & west of Pearl River, He writes me that he has applied for a medical Board from the Gov. Please let me Know if that board will meet here or where & when or if you will authorise my appointing a Board
