enclosed please find the affidavit of NJ Waltman_ which if not Sufficent Can be Substantiated by other Testimony—

Cherry has escaped, from the best information I can get he has fled to Texas perhaps to Leon County. He Cherry left imediately after committing the murder, I hope he may be arrested Not only that the death of my Son may be avenged but that the laws of our State may be dignified and made honourable

any thing your Execelency may do to bring this Refugee to Justice Consistent with your honour duty and Laws will be appreciated by
