Dear Sir

Being desirous of getting up a military company and having them well drilled and ready for service when our Confederacy needs our aid, I wish to learn from you in advance, what manual of Tactics will be adopted by our Confederacy—If I succeed in raising said company I wish them drilled in the same tactics as will be used by our army, so that they will not have to be redrilled
