Respected Sir

I wrote you Some three weeks ago Noting that I had organ-ised a home guard Company about seventy five in number and asked for general instructions but have as yet received no [muster?] We wish to hold our selves in readiness subject to join order any whare in the limits of our state and wish you to commission our officers and furnish us arms if you deem it necessary
