We the undesigned who were for^m^erly members of the Biloxi Rifles under Capt. J. D. Howard do hereby certify that Capt. J. D. Howard stated to us in public that he released all members of his company as Capt. who de-sired to attach themselves to Capt. J. L.—Henley's Company called the Henley's Invincibles
