Alcorn, asking Alcorn if there is a reward offered for the capture of William Binger, Henry Binger, and Calhoun Applegate, who are charged with the murder of Orin Brantley of Winona, Mississippi. Included is a note from H. F. Hewson, private secretary to Alcorn, giving an executive summary of O'Donnell's letter.
