The Confederate Guards Light Artillery (Confederate), also known as Grisham's Battery and Bradford's Company, was organized as an independent artillery company on April 27, 1861 in Pontotoc and Chickasaw Counties under the command of Capt. John O. Grisham. It served in the Eastern Theater in the Department of North Carolina, the Department of Richmond, and the Department of North Carolina and Southern Virginia.
