Sir

I have the honor to announce to you, the full and complete organization of my department of this command, Up to this period we have had no serious Sickness, and today I have but five patients in the Wards, The hospital is comfort-able, and I am well supplied with my requisite for the protec-tion of the health of my men, Except servants, I have supplied this deficiency by detailing the younger members of the staff as nurses, In justice to them I must say they have met my demands in a spirit of prompt
