Dear Sir excuse my boldness as a Stranger in writing to you—my object in writing is this the Choctaw Indians from your State had Some reserved claims of land and there is Still Some of them that has not disposed of their Claims—and I wish to know whether or not the Cecession of your State will bar them of their rights in the above named land please inform me by return mail and by so doing will Confer a favor on your humble Servant
