I most respectfully ask that you will not detail any, more men out of my Company just now, My reason for this is, that my company is now so very small, some 5 persons haveing been detailed very recently. There is a Dutch=man, by the name of Hossier who is trying to git himself Detailed, to assist a Butcher in Jackson, I wanted a Butcher sometime since, asked him if he was a Butcher & he said no, He is also a hired substitute
