The cotton to be delivered whenever we notify our readiness to deliver the goods or any part thereof

I accept the above proposition with this modification, that the [page torn] Shall not cost the State, more than fifty cents per pound & [page torn] the cotton with money to be advanced by the proposers, at that[page torn] to them the money whenever the goods are delivered, and [page torn] the cotton at any ^safe^ point on any Rail Road, or on the Y[page torn] above Yazoo City that the parties may request to be delivered, [page torn]a, with the delivery of the goods, and will aid the parties by impr[page torn]t of teams and cars if necessary, for the transportation of the [page torn] Cotton.
