I would respectfully represent to your Excellency that the County is alawed two distributors of ardent Spirits and that thar is a vacanccy Caused by the resegeneateon of Dr [Biser?, Unknown|Biser?] of Duck Hill,

Now I A Roy of Middleton within two miles of the M C R R and about the Center of the County North & South do herby petition your Excellency for the appointement to fill said vacancy
