Enclosed is a certificate of a judgement sentence of the high court of Errors Appeals, which I am required by Art. 313. P.623. of the Rev Code to furnish to you. I also enclose to you one for the Keeper of the Penitentiary. I do not know the address of the Keeper of the Penitentiary nor where to send it by mail so that it will reach him. I therefore send it to you, with the one for your self, with the request that you will forward it to him.
