Please make requisition on the Auditor of Public Accounts to issue his warrant on the Treasurer, in favor of John Duncan, for Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.) being the quarterly appropriation due the 1^st inst. in advance, to the State Institution for the Blind—as pr. act of the Legislature—Approved Dec. 5. 1863.
