In compliance with special order No 4 A. B. Hardcastle & Bro has reported and made ap=plication for permission to open a Dry Goods store in the city of Aberdeen Miss I hereby issue him a permit to sell Dry Goods by retail for a period of three months commencing on the 10^th day of July 1865.

Received of A B Hardcastle 15$ (fifteen dollars) in consideration of license issued at this office.
