Dear Sir,

I suppose you will have virtually the ap-pointment of the Federal Revenue officers. If so and one should be appointed for each County I wish to recommend for Collector H. L. Trewalla of this, Tallahatchie County, as one every way well qualified. He has been a collector of taxes here for years, and is Sober & Steady & energetic.

He would be glad to get sSuch an appointment for the County or a district in case such officer is appointed for a district
