10. The following named enlisted men will be released from confine-ment at the places set opposite their names, and set at liberty, they having been already dishonorably discharged the service of the United States:—

Sergeant Cay H. Landon, formerly of Company "A," 1st Mississippi Rifles, at the Missouri State Penitentiary, Jefferson City, Missouri.

The Quartermaster's Department will furnish them transportation to their homes.
