Dear Sir,

I send herewith an original letter from your Head Quarters, Authorizing a reward of One hundfed and Fifty dollars, (150) for the appre-hension And delivery of one Sam^l Wilson, under indict-ment for murder, to the Civil Offices of Carroll Co. Our detectives have found ~~him~~arrested,, and delivered him to the Sheriff of Carroll Co., as desired, There are Some Twenty dollars Expenses incurred in this office and on the way, $15, for fare on road, which we will be obliged for. You may if you please send the Amount of reward & Expense to me.
