Dear Sir

We inclose you a certified copy of an Affidavit Made by S. Leahman, to the larceny of a horse by one Thomas Malone, who is now said to be in Montgomery Ala, Mr Leahman desires your Excel-lency to make a requisition on the Governor of Alabama for the arrest and delivery to the Sherriff of the County for a proper trial on the charge. We inclose you a discription of the said Tho Malone
