It appears that the information I sent to you have not been Recieved

On the 15^th day of October A D 1869 that E. Webb was murdered by T, W, Felton and is still at large, it is supposed that Felton is gone to Texas

It was done at E, Webb'^s Residence in Kemper County Mississippi

T, W, Felton is about 5 feet and 6 inches high has Rather light, straight hair eyes Rather yellow a little swaththy complex-tion about 21 years old
