Lieut: I have the honor to forward warrant for the arrest of John C. Sharky and F. R. Morgan,, in compliance with instructions from you Dated 16^th,, Feby. 1870, The Affidavit is in the hands of the Magistrate W^m U. Goanelle? together with the evidence taken at the inquest and the report of the Coroner I hope you will forward requisitions for them on the Gov. of Louisiana as soon as possible as I am aware of their whereabouts at this time Sharkey is in the Parish of East Feliciana, La I should like to have separate requisitions for the parties.
