To His Excellency
The Governor of
Mississippi

Dear Sir,

I am desirous that you Should be placed in possession the following facts:

We have taken all the Steps in our power to have a Certain Mr. Fred Beiner arrested either in Memphis, Tenn, Cincinatti O. Chicago Ill. or Baltimore Md. for Conduct which is outrageous in its Char-acter, and if Arrested, and we get in-formation to that effect, we wish a requisition for him from you upon the Governor of the State where he may be arrested—If information reaches here of his arrest will Telegraph you at once
