I wish to know of the account of Jno D Moore sheriff of Lincoln County for bringing James Dyas charged with the killing of W S Horr former mayor of this town for the sum of one Hundred and one Dollars has been paid out of the Secrt Service fund which was placed at the disposal of Gov Alcorn
