The Citizens of Benton County are anxious to build a Rail Road Through the County to some points on the Mobile & Ohio Road. They wish to ascertain if They will be allowed the four Thousand dollars per mile for a narrow guage road. We meet on the 17^th,, will you be so Kind as to furnish us The desired information.
