Dear sir,

another dueling party came over from New Orleans to Montgomery station yesterday. the whole party has bin arristed Reporter of the times Included. they are now at Toulmies Hotel waiting some one to come from the city to enable them to give their Bonds of five Hundred dollars each for their appearance at court. Other parties started here for to Duel three days ago. But were caught by the Police of New Orleans. all the other parties of the first Duel are in the habit of visiting the coast & can be caught if the sheriff will do his duty
