TO THE Supt of the State Penitentiary

Greeting:

Whereas, at the April Term, 1875 of the Circuit Court of Noxubee County, in said State, Henry Mack was convicted of the crime of Grand Larceny, and by the Court sentenced to Five Years imprisonment in the State Penitentiary

NOW, THEREFORE, I, A. K. Davis Lt Gov Acg Governor of the State of Mississippi, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of said State, and for divers good and sufficient reasons, me, thereto moving, do commute the sentence of the said Henry Mack to Serve untill Oct 1^st 1875 and do authorize and direct you, on receipt of these presents, to Discharge him from confinement Oct 1^st 1875

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the Great Seal of the State of Mississippi to be affixed, this 23^rd day of June 1875
