Dixon who on oath Charge that one Johny Connelly late of said County did in the County aforesaid on or about the 6^th_" day of Au-gust 1875 Maliciously with malice aforethought Shoot one Joshua Page Deputy Sheriff with intent to Kill & murder—

Contrary to the Statue in such case made and pro=vided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Mississippi
