On report of County Treasurer of Noxubee County, Miss., and in compliance with Sections 3 ^an_d 4, Chapter XXVII, laws 1875, entitled "an Act to reduce taxes and enforce prompt settlements and payments by Tax Collectors," approved March 5, 1875, you are hereby suspended as Tax Collector for said County.
