Joshua Stevens presented sundry reports of the Tax Collector's indebted-ness which were received and ordered ordered upon the Minutes as follows (viz)

I have the honor to report that the Tax Collector has settled all County Taxes for the year 1873 except the sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty One & 75/100 Dollars for which I instituted suit before the Circuit Court. The
