Dear Sir—

Herewith, I hand you my resignation as State Super-intendent of Public Education to take effect from and after this date. You will please, at once, notify the Governor, and also notify the Speaker of the House of Representatives that you have my resignation on file in your office, and that you have notified the Governor of the same.
