An Act to repeal an act entitled an act relating to Special elections—Approved December 24^th,, 1874.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Miss-issippi; That an act entitled an act relating to special elections, approved December 24^th,, 1874 be and the same is hereby re-pealed.

Section 2. Be it further en-acted; That this act take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
