Alcorn, informing Alcorn that he had made a requisition to Little Rock in Phillips County, Arkansas, and that he had arrested two suspects on this side of the Mississippi River. Mr. Lester, who made the affidavit, is unable to be found at the moment but he intends to try and find him before Court.
