Gorin is qualified to be dispenser of spirituous liquors, as well as the bond of Gorin and his sureties L. Newburger and Marshall Newberry. The document also includes a sworn statement witnessed by William Cook, a justice of the peace, certifying that Newburger and Newberry are respectively worth $5,000. A final statement, also witnessed by Cook, certifies that Gorin will carry out the duties of dispenser of spirituous liquors.
