Sharkey, asking to be pardoned for selling liquor without a license. The two men state that they have been selling liquor at less than a gallon, and could not gain a license due to there being no tribunal to authorize one to them, but they have applied to the County Board of Police for one. Several citizens of Clarke County endorse the petition.
