Alcorn, informing Alcorn that the Mississippi Legislature was calling for the chapters of the revised code. The printers ask if the delivery should be brought to Alcorn or to Mississippi Secretary of State James D. Lynch. Included is a note from H. F. Hewson, private secretary to Alcorn, giving an executive summary of Kimball, Raymond and Company's letter.
